Brocolli Balls Recipe

1 head broccoli (300g)

50g GF oat flakes

25g pine nuts

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 garlic clove

salt & peppercorn to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 pinch of mustard seeds powder

1 lemon

Oil for cooking


1Chop the broccoli and the garlic clove.

2Add a splash of oil to a skillet, then put the turmeric, the grounded peppercorn, 1 pinch of salt and 1 glass of water, and cook with the lid on medium heat for 10/15 min, until all the water is absorbed.

3In the meantime chop the pine nuts and blend on high the oat flakes until you get a flour consistency.

4Once cooked, set aside the broccoli 5 min to chill.

5Put the broccoli in a bowl, add the pine nuts, the garlic powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of mustard seeds powder and the oat flour, and mix well.

6 Wet your hands and roll out little balls, squash them lightly and cook in a hot skillet with a splash of oil for 2 min each side
