Walnut Pesto Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 10 minutes


1 C toasted walnuts

2 C packed fresh basil

1/2 a lemon juiced

1 to 2 garilc cloves

sea salt & ground pepper, to taste


1In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients together on high until smooth. This will keep up to 7 days in the fridge. It will be much smoother, like the one pictured, if you do it in a blender. The version in a food processor will be more chunky.
