Vegan Protein Shake Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 5 minutes


2 cups Soy Milk (480ml)

4 Tbsp Peanut Butter

2 Medium Bananas Fresh or Frozen

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

4 Tbsp Rolled Oats

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

4 Dates Pitted


1Add the soy milk, peanut butter, banana, cocoa powder, rolled oats, chia seeds and pitted dates to the blender jug and blend until smooth and creamy.

2Pour out into glasses and serve immediately.
