Vegan Parmesan Cauliflower Wings Recipe

1 small cauliflower (about 1.5 lbs)

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 Tbs lemon juice

1/2 cup bread crumbs (see note)

1/4 cup vegan parmesan

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

(note: I used Kroger Gluten-Free Italian Style Bread Crumbs)


1Preheat oven to 425° F

2Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower and break the florets into small pieces

3Whisk the almond milk and lemon juice together and toss with cauliflower to coat

4Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt together and toss with the cauliflower to coat

5Spread pieces out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes

6Carefully flip pieces over and bake an additional 10 minutes

7Serve with your favorite dipping sauce if desired
