Vegan Mayonnaise, Creamy And Tangy – With Aquafaba! Recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp Aquafaba (45ml) Liquid from a can of chickpeas

2 tsp Dijon Mustard

3/4 tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Distilled White Vinegar

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 cup Avocado Oil (240ml)

1 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Instructions

1Add all the ingredients to a jug or mixing bowl and using an immersion (handheld) blender blend it up into mayonnaise.
