1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Soy Milk

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Distilled White Vinegar

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup


1All all the ingredients to a bowl or measuring jug. Use an immersion (handheld) blender to blend it into mayonnaise.
