Vegan Heavy Cream Substitute Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 5 minutes


▢ 1 cup Raw Cashews (150g)

▢ 1 ¼ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (300ml) or Water


1Add your cashews to a bowl. Pour over boiling hot water from the kettle until the cashews are totally submerged. Leave them to soak for 15 minutes. Then drain and rinse them.

2Add them to your blender along with almond milk (or water) and blend until very smooth. If you want a thinner consistency add more almond milk (or water) and blend again.

3And your heavy cream substitute is ready for use!
