Vegan Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup (240g) Vegan Mayonnaise

1/4 cup (60ml) Vegan Buttermilk (1 tsp Lemon Juice + Soy Milk up to the 1/4 cup (60ml) Line)*

2 Tbsp Lime Juice

2 tsp Capers

1/2 tsp Crushed Garlic

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Cilantro (Packed)

1/2 cup Fresh Basil (Packed)

1/4 cup Fresh Chives (Chopped)

2 Spring Onions (Chopped)

1/2 tsp White Vinegar

1 tsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

1Add the vegan mayonnaise to the blender jug.

2Mix up the vegan buttermilk by adding 1 tsp of lemon juice to a measuring jug and then adding soy milk up to the 1/4 cup (60ml) line.

3Add the vegan buttermilk to the to the blender jug along with the lime juice, capers, crushed garlic, salt, fresh cilantro, fresh basil, chopped chives, chopped spring onions, white vinegar and maple syrup.

4Blend until perfectly mixed.
