Vegan Dark Chocolate Popsicles Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 10 minutes


2 Medium Bananas (200g)

14 ounces Canned Coconut Milk (400ml) Full Fat, Unsweetened

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (21g)

4 Medjool Dates

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup Optional


1Add all the ingredients to the blender except for the maple syrup and blend. Taste test to check for the required level of sweetness. If you need it sweeter, then add the maple syrup and blend again.

2Pour out evenly into 6 popsicle moulds.

3Place into the freezer to set.

4When you're ready to eat one, take it out of the freezer, run the popsicle mould under some warm water and then pop out your popsicle and enjoy.
