Vegan Coffee Smoothie – Rich And Creamy! Recipe

1 14oz (400ml) Can Lite Coconut Milk*

3 Frozen Bananas (~10.5oz/300g) – (previously peeled, broken into quarters and frozen for at least 12 hours)

2 Tbsp Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)

4 tsp Instant Espresso Powder*

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or any syrup)


1Add the coconut milk, frozen bananas, almond butter, instant espresso powder and maple syrup into your blender jug and blend until smooth.

2Pour out into two glasses and serve.
