2 14oz (400ml) Cans Coconut Milk*

1/2 cup (100g) Brown Sugar

1 and 1/2 cups (360ml) Jamesons Irish Whiskey*

2 tsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)

1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder*

1 tsp Vanilla Extract


1Add the coconut milk to the blender jug and then add the brown sugar, Jamesons, cocoa powder, coffee powder and vanilla extract.

2Blend until smooth.

3Serve over ice or just serve it chilled (no ice).
