Vegan Almond Butter Fudge, Easy 4-Ingredient Recipe Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125g) Almond Butter

1/2 cup (120ml) Coconut Butter (Melted)*

1/4 cup (60ml) Maple Syrup (or Golden Syrup)*

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1Add the almond butter, melted coconut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and mix in well.

2Transfer to a parchment lined loaf pan and smooth down with the back of a spoon.

3Place into the freezer to set.

4Cut into squares and enjoy.

5Keep stored in either the freezer or the fridge.
