Vegan Almond Butter Fudge Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 5 minutes


1/2 cup Almond Butter (125g)

1/2 cup Coconut Butter (120ml) Melted

1/4 cup Maple Syrup (60ml) or Golden Syrup

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


1Add the almond butter, melted coconut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and mix in well.

2Transfer to a parchment lined loaf pan and smooth down with the back of a spoon.

3Place into the freezer to set.

4Cut into squares and enjoy. Keep it stored in either the freezer or the fridge.
