Vegan Aioli, Rich And Garlicky, With Aquafaba Recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp (45ml) Chickpea Water (Aquafaba)*

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

3/4 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tsp Crushed Garlic

1 cup (240ml) Avocado Oil*

1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/4 tsp Paprika

Instructions

1Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug or mixing bowl and then use an immersion blender (handheld blender) to blend it up into aioli.

2Alternatively, place all ingredients into a blender jug and blend into aioli.
