Vegan Aioli Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 5 minutes


3 Tbsp Aquafaba (45ml) Liquid from a can of chickpeas

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

3/4 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tsp Crushed Garlic

1 cup Avocado Oil (240ml)

1 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/4 tsp Paprika


1Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug or mixing bowl and then use an immersion blender (handheld blender) to blend it up into aioli.
