Vegan Aioli Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 5 minutes


▢ 3 Tbsp Aquafaba (45ml) Liquid from a can of chickpeas

▢ 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

▢ 3/4 tsp Salt

▢ 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

▢ 2 tsp Crushed Garlic

▢ 1 cup Avocado Oil (240ml)

▢ 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin

▢ 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

▢ 1/4 tsp Paprika


1Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug or mixing bowl and then use an immersion blender (handheld blender) to blend it up into aioli.
