Toasted Coconut Topping Recipe

👩‍🍳Cook Time: 8 minutes


1/2 cup Shredded Coconut (40g)

1/4 cup Coconut Sugar (30g)


1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2Place the shredded coconut onto a baking tray.

3Bake it for 6-8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes until golden brown and toasted.

4Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

5When it's cooled, move the toasted coconut to a food processor and add the coconut sugar.

6Process until finely mixed.

7Move to an airtight jar for storage.
