2 pitted medjool dates

1 tbsp black chia seeds

1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

1 tbsp raw almond butter

1 tsp vanilla powder or pure vanilla extract

1 espresso shot, cooled

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

2 C ice cubes


1Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
