The Sunrise Smoothie Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 10 minutes


1 1/2 frozen bananas

1/2 C frozen pineapple chunks

1 C fresh squeezed orange juice

3 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 scoop Vega Protein & Greens (Tropical)

1 C frozen raspberries

3/4 C coconut water


1Combine all the ingredients except the raspberries and coconut water in a high-powered blender until smooth. Pour this mixture into your glass.

2Rinse the blender and combine the raspberries and coconut water in the blender until smooth. Pour or spoon this mixture on top of the previous mixture. If you like, sprinkle with shredded coconut, granola, or any other topping of your choice.
