1 C nondairy milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 C pure pumpkin puree

1 tsp fresh ginger

2 pitted medjool dates

2 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground all-spice

1 C ice cubes


1Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender until very smooth. You can top with some homemade hemp granola too!
