Ingredients

1 frozen banana

2 kaffir lime leaves, fresh or frozen

2 tbsp unsweetened flaked or shredded coconut

3 tbsp coconut cream

1 tbsp coconut butter

zest of 1/2 a lime

1 C coconut water

1 tsp agave nectar

1 C ice cubes

Instructions

1Mix all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender.

2It’s optional, but how could you not want to top your smoothie with some homemade hemp granola and a little drizzle of agave.
