Sushi Bowl Recipe

👩‍🍳Cook Time: 3 mins


4 cups white rice cooked

1 cup edamames

1 English cucumber cubes

1 mango cubes

2 carrots grated

½ cup broccoli sprout optional

salt pepper to taste

2 tbsp sesame seeds

3 green onion thinly sliced


¼ cup rice vinegar

2 tsp maple syrup

3 tbsp tamari sauce


1Cook rice according to package directions

2Put the edamames in a bowl, cover them with water and cook them in the microwave for 3 minutes

3Place the rice in 4 bowls

4Add all the other ingredients on top of the rice.

5Add the dressing and serve.
