Super Creamy 5-Ingredient Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Soy Milk (120ml) or other non-dairy milk

3 Medium Frozen Bananas (300g)

1 cup Fresh Blueberries

2 Medjool Dates Pitted

4 Tbsp Peanut Butter (64g)

Instructions

1Add the soy milk (or other non-dairy milk), frozen banana, blueberries, dates and peanut butter to the blender jug.

2Blend until completely smooth.

3Pour out into two glasses, top with fresh blueberries and serve.
