Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe

Ingredients

1 head Cauliflower (broken into pieces)

1 cup Flour

1 cup Almond Milk

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

1/2 cup Ketchup

1/4 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce

1 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tbs Maple Syrup

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1/4 tsp Cumin

Instructions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

2Add vinegar to almond milk and whisk to combine

3Add garlic powder to flour and whisk to combine

4Stir the wet ingredients into the dry to make a thick batter

5Salt and pepper to taste

6Break cauliflower into bite sized pieces and dip in batter

7Ensure each piece is evenly coated

8Lay on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes

9Add all sauce ingredients to medium saucepan

10Whisk to combine and heat to simmer

11Once the breaded cauliflower bites are finished baking, carefully stir them in the sauce

12Make sure they are evenly coated and then redistribute them on your cookie sheet

13Bake an additional 5-10 minutes
