Fruit Yogurt Parfait Recipe

For the Mango Layer

½ cup vegan yogurt

½ cup mango fresh or frozen – fresh mango is usually sweeter

sweetener, if desired

¼ tsp vanilla extract

For the Berry Layer

½ cup vegan yogurt

¼ cup frozen blueberries

¼ cup frozen cherries

For the Fruit Layers

¼ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup fresh mangoes


1For the berry yogurt layer, blend together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a cup.

2Top with half the fruit.

3Now blend all ingredients for the mango layer. Pour over top of the fruit.

4Top with the remaining fruit, as shown in the picture.

5Eat right away, or refrigerate to keep it cold!
