🔪Prep Time: 5 minutes


3 Medium Frozen Bananas (300g) previously peeled, quartered and frozen.

4 Tbsp Peanut Butter (64g)

1 cup Soy Milk (240ml) or other non-dairy milk

2 Medjool Dates


1Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.

2Serve with extra drizzled peanut butter, sliced banana and crushed peanuts on top (optional).
