Pandan Leaf Smoothie Recipe

1 small avocado or 1/2 large

1 fully ripe mango

2 fully ripe kiwi fruits

1 cup organic spinach

½ cup coconut water

2 tbsp pandan leaf powder

1 Tbsp Vegan protein powder of your choice

Date sugar to taste or sweetener of your choice


1Peal your fruits and cut into smaller pieces.

2Blend all into a blender until smooth.

3Fill your bowl and top with your favorite fruits and nuts or seeds.
