Ingredients

1/4 C nondairy milk

1 espresso shot (or 1/4 C of cold brew coffee)

3 tbsp coconut cream

1 tbsp coconut butter

1 tbsp almond butter

4 squares Giddy Yoyo Chocolate Bar Mint

1 tbsp fresh or frozen mint leaves

2 medjool dates, pitted

3 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats

1 tsp agave nectar

1 C ice cubes

Instructions

1Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until very smooth.
