Matcha Smoothie Bowl Recipe

1 mango fresh or frozen

2 bananas frozen

1 cup baby spinach

2 tsp Matcha

¼ cup oat milk

1 tbsp puffed quinoa

2 tbsp maple syrup

¼ cup blackberries

2 tbsp hemp seeds


1Add the coconut milk to your mixing bowl, followed by the matcha and spinach. Mix.

2Add the mango and frozen bananas and mix until creamy and smooth

3Pour the smoothie in a bowl and decorate with the puffed quinoa, hemp seeds and blackberries
