Veggie Charcuterie Board Recipe

Ingredients
SMOKED ALMOND CHEESE
Blanch almonds 1 1/2 cup soaked for 6 hours
Nutritional yeast 1 tbs
Apple cider vinegar 1tbs
Garlic powder to taste
¼ tsp Smoke liquid
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Water 1 cup
Cheese cloth 10X10inch
AVOCADO DIP
1 1/2 large avocado or 2 small
Blanch almonds 1/2 cup soaked for 6 hours
¼ cup liquid from almond cheese
¼ cup lemon juice
Garlic powder to taste
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Chives to garnish
Blend all except chives in a food processor, transfer into a bowl and top with chives.
Instructions
1SMOKED ALMOND CHEESE
2Preheat the oven to 425F°, 200C°.
3Blend all ingredients until smooth.
4Transfer the mixture into a bowl lined with cheesecloth. Wrap it tightly and squeeze the liquid out as much as you can.
5By using your hands mold the mixture into a ball and place it into 8” spring cake form line with parchment paper. You can also use other similar size baking dish.
6Bake for about 20minutes or until golden brown.
7When ready, let it cool down for a few minutes before removing it from the form.
