The Pomegranate Punch Smoothie Recipe

1/2 C pomegranate seeds

1/2 a navel orange, peeled

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 C coconut water

1 1/2 C ice cubes


1This one definitely requires a high-powered blender because of the pulpy orange, but alternatively you could just do half the amount of coconut water and add another half cup of fresh orange juice to the mix if you want. Blend all the ingredients together until very smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
