Choconut Date Balls Recipe

1 1/2 C pitted medjool dates

2 C raw whole almonds

2 tbsp roasted tahini

1/2 C raw cacao powder

1/2 C shredded coconut

1/2 C granola (optional)


1In a food processor, grind almonds into large crumbs.

2Add dates, tahini, cacao, coconut and granola and combine in the food processor until it comes together like a dough. The granola adds a nice crunch, but it's definitely optional.

3Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and refrigerate.
