Healthy Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Oat Flour

1 cup All-Purpose Flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1/4 tsp Salt

1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

2 Tbs Maple Syrup

3/4 cup Blueberries

Instructions

1Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl

2Mix the wet ingredients in another smaller bowl

3Combine the wet and the dry and mix until combined

4Fold in blueberries

5Use muffin paper cups to avoid using any spray or oil

6Use a tablespoon to drop level spoonfuls into a muffin pan

7Fill each cup at least 3/4 full.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min
