Easy No-Bake Vegan Truffles Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 15 minutes


1 cup Raw Almonds (150g)

2 Tbsp Pine Nuts

1 cup Dessicated Coconut (80g) plus more for rolling

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder (42g) Unsweetened

1/2 cup Maple Syrup (120ml)


1Place the almonds into the food processor and process until the almonds are finely chopped.

2Add the pine nuts, dessicated coconut and cocoa powder and process quickly to mix it all together.

3Then, while the processor is running, pour the maple syrup in and allow to form a thick sticky dough.

4Take two bowls and add dessicated coconut to one and cocoa powder to the other.

5Roll the sticky dough into balls and dip in either the dessicated coconut or the cocoa powder and place onto a parchment lined baking tray.

6Freeze until firm.

7Store in either the freezer (doesn’t freeze solid but becomes very hard and chewy) or the fridge (not as firm but still nicely chewy).
