Easy Homemade Vinaigrette Recipe

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Crushed Garlic

1 tsp Dried Oregano

Pinch Sea Salt

Pinch Black Pepper


1Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug and whisk together with a small whisk until well combined.

2Taste test and adjust as needed with a little more salt and pepper for more flavor. If you use a different vinegar other than red wine vinegar, then you may want to add a teaspoon of maple syrup for flavor balance.

3Pour over your salad and enjoy!

4Keep leftovers in the fridge and enjoy within one week.
