Easy Cheesy Kale Chips Recipe

1 Large Bundle Curly Kale

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Sprinkle Sea Salt


1Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Separate the leaves from the stems and then wash and thoroughly dry the leaves.

3Separate the leaves into two equal batches.

4Place the first batch into a bowl and add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast, 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika and a sprinkle of sea salt.

5Rub into the leaves.

6Place the leaves onto a parchment lined baking sheet, ensuring that they're spaced evenly over the sheet and the leaves are not too crowded.

7Bake for 25 minutes.

8Repeat for the second half of the curly kale leaves.
