Crispy Instant Pot Potatoes Recipe

1.5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes (about 3-4)

1 cup water

1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/4 tsp Black Pepper


1Scrub potatoes and cut into 1″ cubes

2Add the trivet to the bottom on your Instant Pot

3Add the water and potatoes

4Attach lid, set to SEALING

5Cook on MANUAL for 5 min with a 10 min NPR

6Drain potatoes and place into a bowl

7Add all the seasoning and toss to coat

8Bake in a 400° F oven for 15 minutes then flip potatoes

9BROIL potatoes for an additional 5-10 min or until golden brown
