Cold Tofu Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 10 minutes


1 package medium firm tofu

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari

1 tsp grated ginger

1 green onion, finely chopped


1Drain the water from the package of tofu and cut into 1-inch cubes.

2In a mixing bowl, whisk together low-sodium soy sauce or tamari and grated ginger. Stir in the green onion, reserving some for the garnish on the top. Pour the sauce over the tofu cubes and serve.
