Cherry Smoothie Recipe

20 Cherries (fresh or frozen)

3 Frozen Bananas (10.5oz/300g)*

1 cup (240ml) Almond Milk

2 Fresh Dates

2 Tbsp Nut Butter*


1Add the cherries, dates, nut butter and almond milk to the blender followed by the frozen banana and blend until very smooth.

2Serve immediately.
