Blueberry Banana Power Smoothie Bowl Recipe

1 frozen banana

1/2 C frozen blueberries

1/4 C fresh orange juice

1/4 C nondairy milk

1 tbsp flax oil

3 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tsp camu camu berry powder (optional)


1Combine all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until very smooth.

2Pour into your bowl and top with homemade hemp granola, pumpkins seeds, or chia seeds for extra protein and fibre. Alternatively you could drink this without adding the topping... it's totally up to you!
