Bbq Cauliflower Wings Recipe

Ingredients

1 small Cauliflower (about 1 1/2 cups)

2 cups BBQ Sauce

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

3/4 cup Flour

1/4 cup Cornmeal

2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/2 tsp Thyme

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Ground Pepper

1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

3Wash cauliflower and break into bite sized pieces

4Mix milk and vinegar together and set aside

5Mix all dry batter ingredients in a large bowl

6Pour in milk and stir thoroughly to make a thick batter

7Dip each cauliflower byte into batter and ensure they are evenly coated

8Place on cookie sheet and repeat until all pieces are coated

9Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown

10Remove from oven and using tongs, carefully dip each cauliflower byte in the BBQ sauce.

11Return to cookie sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes
