Baked Potato Fries – Garlicky And Delicious! Recipe

👩‍🍳Cook Time: 40 minutes


6 Medium Potatoes (2.2 pounds / 1kg) Peeled and sliced

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Dried Rosemary

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1 tsp Crushed Garlic

1/4 tsp Onion Powder



Vegan Sour Cream

Vegan Mayo


1Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).*

2Peel potatoes and then slice in half lengthways and then cut them into slices.

3Add the sliced potatoes to a bowl and add in the olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, garlic, and onion powder and toss together so that the potato slices are evenly coated.

4Place the potato slices evenly onto a parchment lined baking tray.

5Bake the chips for 40 minutes until lightly golden on top.

6Serve with ketchup and vegan sour cream or vegan mayonnaise.
