HOW TO USAGE
First, hone eye pencil with eco sharpener to achieve a rounded factor for a smooth application.
To apply eye pencil to the top eyelid, make dots along the lash line where the lashes fulfill the skin.
Next, link the dots in a sweeping line along the eyelid. For a smudged result use our eco vegan spot & shade eye brush over line to obscure edges.
Use one or more layered lines for a darker appearance.
For lower eyelid, apply on the inner rim as near the lashes as feasible.
